Register return

You can register your return or product complaint via our ticketing system Gensys. Don't have login details for our ticket system Gensys yet? Then you can request this via klantenservice@nautasign.com citing login details Gensys or via phone number +31 318 69 70 77. You will find an extensive manual of Gensys here.


Incorrectly delivered products and product complaints

Incorrectly delivered products and product complaints will be collected from you by Nautasign. If we need more information, we will contact you.


Incorrectly ordered products

Incorrectly ordered products must be registered in our ticketing system Gensys within 30 days after delivery and be returned by the customer to::

Returning something, but no debtor number?

If you do not have a debtor number with us, you can register your return by sending an email to klantenservice@nautasign.com The following information is important here:

  • (Company) name
  • Contact
  • Reason for return or product complaint
  • Description product(s)/li>
  • Sales order number
  • Batch number(s) (in case of product complaint)

Return handling

After receipt, processing and approval of the return request, the purchase price of the product and the original shipping costs (excluding incorrectly ordered products) for the product will be credited.

Pay attention!

  • Ordered products that have been cut to size cannot be returned.
  • Specially ordered products that are not a stock product at Nautasign cannot be returned.
