The Klieverik GTC101-1850 is a versatile, high-end calender for dye-sublimation transfer printing, dispersion ink fixation and pigment curing. With razor-sharp print definition, high production speed and minimal waste, this machine delivers maximum efficiency and profitability. Suitable for a wide range of materials – from woven and knitted to stretch and non-woven – and ideal for applications in signage, fashion and interior decoration.
- The machine is optimised for ease of use: the position of the textile and paper rolls is easily accessible.
- The tension control for the paper is set by air pressure.
- The textile is wound onto a low-tension contact winder, which ensures uniformity from the first to the last metre. This makes the device suitable for all types of polyester textiles.
- The winder allows quick removal of the printed roll without changing the shaft.
- A touchscreen control panel displays the settings, stores recipes, has a cooling and programmable start-up timer, fault messages, and a very convenient input mode.
