The Klieverik GTC111-3500 SPFL Flowline Calender offers maximum flexibility for both single piece transfer printing and roll-to-roll production. The name Flowline refers to the continuous, streamlined material throughput through the machine.
Blank fabric pieces are easily positioned on the infeed table, after which they are automatically transported – in the same order – to the rear of the calender. The printed fabrics can be easily collected and sorted by size, colour or design, making the production process efficient and organised.
Klieverik's GTC-SP Flowline Calenders can be used for a wide range of materials, including woven, knitted, stretch and non-woven fabrics. This makes this machine the ideal solution for textile printers who want to combine high quality, flexibility and continuity in a single production solution.
- The direction of the plate under the feed table can be easily adjusted so that transferred pieces can be guided to the front. Ideal for processing samples and short production runs.
